How does the monthly pre-order system work?
Hella Handmade Creations operates on a monthly pre-order basis. The shop opens on the 14th of every month and closes on the 21st. Once the window closes, our makers begin crafting your unique items.
When will my order ship?
Since we utilize a pre-order model, shipping typically begins 3 to 4 weeks after the shopping window closes. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is scanned by the carrier.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
Yes, we offer order combining for a limited time during the live shopping window. Please contact our support team with your order numbers, and we will refund the excess shipping costs.
Are your nail polishes and beauty products 5-free?
Most of our featured indie brands prioritize clean beauty and are at least 5-free, meaning they are formulated without formaldehyde, dibutyl phthalate, toluene, camphor, or formaldehyde resin.
What is your return policy for handmade items?
Due to the artisanal and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if an item arrives damaged or if there is a mistake with your order, please reach out within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer worldwide shipping. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon entry into their destination country.
